1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Cognituring platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Cognituring is an AI quality, safety, fairness, and compliance workspace operated by Cogniron Technology Solutions Private Limited, an Indian Private Limited Company incorporated on 23 September 2020 (“Cogniron”). The Service provides tooling for dataset construction, model evaluation, attestation, and related workflows. Cogniron may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you register. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Cogniron immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or unlawful output.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, design, and documentation, is owned by Cogniron or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cogniron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain rights in content you upload, subject to the licences described in your subscription agreement.

6. Privacy

Cogniron processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that processing. Where a separate data-processing agreement applies, that agreement controls.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogniron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as expressly set out in a written agreement with Cogniron.

8. Termination

Cogniron may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason on reasonable notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to Terms

Cogniron may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where required by law, Cogniron will notify you of material changes in advance.
